Important: Please confirm your jacket uses a 7.4V battery before purchasing. This power bank is not compatible with 5V USB-powered heated apparel (such as our heated vests, body warmers or scarves). Q: Can I take this power bank on a plane?
A: A 5000mAh 7.4V power bank is well under the 100Wh airline limit and can normally be carried in your hand luggage. Always check your airline's latest policy before flying.
Q: Does it work as a regular phone charger?
A: Yes. The built-in USB-A port outputs 5V/2A, so it works with any standard USB device β phones, earbuds, smartwatches.
Q: Will this power bank work with other brands of heated jackets?
A: This power bank is designed and tested for Gokozy 7.4V Heated Jackets. We do not recommend using it with other brands, as connector shapes and voltage requirements vary.
Q: How should I store the power bank in the off-season?
A: Store at about 50% charge in a cool, dry place. Recharge every 3 months to keep the cells healthy and extend battery life.
Q: What's the difference between the 7.4V power bank and the 5V power bank?
A: 7.4V is for our heated jackets and heated gloves (which need higher voltage for stronger, faster heat). 5V is for our heated vests, body warmers and scarves. Always match the voltage to your product.
