Return Policy

1、Items must be BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags to be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

2、We reserve the right to inspect and reject any returns if items are not in original condition (BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags). 

3、The Expedited shipping fee is not refundable.

How to return 

1、Submit a return request through our Return Center within 30 days of delivery.

2、Enter your order number and email address to start

3、Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

4、Once your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a prepaid shipping label.

Please be noted that every order is eligible for ONE prepaid shipping label only. If you submit the return request twice or more, or your order is outside the said 30 days window, the shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to us for an exchange or a refund are covered by you.
