Some models include a battery, while some models do not. Please check the product title and description carefully before purchase. If the product does not include a battery, you can use a standard 5V/2A power bank.

For 5V heated apparel, we recommend using a 5V/2A power bank with a capacity of 10,000mAh to 20,000mAh. Larger batteries may work, but they can be heavy and may not fit comfortably in the battery pocket.

Battery life depends on the heat setting and battery capacity. Usually, a fully charged battery can last around 3–4 hours on high heat, 5–6 hours on medium heat, and up to 8 hours on low heat.

The battery is fully charged when all LED indicator lights stay solid and no longer flash. A full charge usually takes 5–12 hours, depending on the charger and battery capacity.

This is often caused by power bank compatibility. Some power banks automatically shut off when the vest works on lower heat settings. Please try another 5V/2A power bank or test the vest with a wall charger to confirm whether the vest itself works normally.

Yes, but please remove the battery before washing. We recommend hand washing or gently wiping with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash frequently, tumble dry, wring, or twist the garment, as this may damage the heating elements.

Yes, our heated apparel is designed for safe daily use with low-voltage heating technology. However, do not wear it while sleeping, as long-term direct heat exposure may cause low-temperature burns.

Please first check that the battery is fully charged and properly connected. Then press and hold the power button for 2–3 seconds. If the product still does not work, contact our support team with your order number and a short video showing the issue.
