Purchases made on gokozywear.com for Heated Apparels (jacket, vest, scarf&gloves) include a 1-year limited warranty on the heating element and a 1-year limited warranty on the battery. Items purchased from Amazon have a 1-year limited warranty for heating elements and batteries.
This warranty is non-transferable, and proof of purchase from gokozywear.com is required.
Gift Warranty:
If you have the purchaser's name, email, and order number, you are eligible for the same warranty as the purchaser. To claim your warranty, please fill out the Warranty Claim Form below with the purchase information.
Warranty Exclusions:
Please note that wear and tear of the garment, including fabric, zippers, and other accessories, are not covered under the warranty. Gokozy or the manufacturer will not be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including water damage) resulting from the product, regardless of whether the product is covered by this warranty. Any damage to the heating system and parts caused by misuse, failure to follow washing instructions, floods, accidental fires, unauthorized service, or negligence will void the warranty. Additionally, this warranty does not cover commercial use.
